    Steelers Extend Polamalu

Steelers signed S Troy Polamalu to a five-year, $33 million contract.
With $15.375 million in guarantees, the new deal makes him the NFL's richest safety and will allow Polamalu, 26, to enter the unrestricted free agent market while he's still young. Polamalu doesn't figure to be at a disadvantage when and if Mike Tomlin transitions to his Tampa 2 defense. This year, he'll remain the focal point of coordinator Dick LeBeau's secondary.

    He's worth every penny.

The guy changes games all by himself. What a player.
Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit
