Bills signed sixth-round S John Wendling to a multi-year contract.
Wendling has nearly all the athletic tools but is considered too stiff in the hips. He'll likely make the team, but will see most of his work as a backup strong safety to Donte Whitner and on special teams initially.

We've signed players that will have little/no impact in their first year. I want Lynch and Posluszny signed, till then I reserve the right to *****.
