All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

They aren't going to far on this. Maybe on touchdown celebrations, but not on crimes. I know for a fact that if I was at any of my previous jobs or my current job and was in trouble for something similar to Vick they would probably let me go or suspend me from work. It's embarassing to the NFL that one of the biggest stars is a criminal.
"No Fun League" isn't the right moniker when the league is stopping these scumbags from playing. If you want to use "No Fun League" when it stops a guy from doing a TD dance, fine, but not for making a guy sit out until we find out if he was MURDERING dogs.
They aren't going far enough. These players are in the national spotlight making millions of dollars. If they can't stay obey the law, they should face consequences. It's not their right to get paid $5 million a season to register 3 sacks. If they want to keep getting paid like professionals, they should be held to a professional standard.

I'm just letting you know that you have been given 2 points for telling Wys AKA Mark to kill himself.
"'Clean up your room.', 'Stand up straight.', 'Pick up your feet.', 'Take it like a man.', 'Be nice to your sister.', 'Don't mix beer and wine, ever.'. Oh yeah, 'Don't drive on the railroad track.'"
Odell Thruman is canned for another whole year
Mike Vick told stay away
Pacman told stay away
Too far by the league?
Denying livelihood? based on unproven allegations?
What if Vick is innocent? he lost training camp and beyond when he didnt do it?
I honestly think he did it, but its IS unproven, how can you ruin him for the year based on allegations
how many times has an NFL player been involved with the law under bad circumstances in the last 5 years?200 times???300 times????
it's about time we have somebody step up and make these people accountable for their own actions and not think they're above the law because they're a bunch of overpaid athletes.

Christ, you are the queerest person in the history of Bills fanhood. I swear to god I would stomp you.

Vick is already guilt simply based upon the fact that he owned the property.
If you rent or own a property and someone is cooking meth there you're liable... Vick owned the property, and there is already plenty enough proof that there was dog fighting happening there.
However going beyond the obvious... Pro sports players have gone to far and the whip simply must be cracked.

Vick may be found not guilty... you don't get indicted like this if your innocent.
There is a big difference in our legal system between innocent and not guilty.
OJ Simpson was "not guilty", but he is a "murderer".
Let's say Vick wasn't there, owned this property, went there all the time, but didn't notice the large scale dog fighting organization. Accidently built the fence to hide the dog fighting and training facility, paid cash for Pitt Bulls that turned up dead later. Maybe, just maybe, the live scarred and dead dogs were "planted" by the federal government AFTER they took the case from the state.
Then he is guilty of being a total idiot for not taking care of his business.
Plus, just to be fair. 1) He is still being paid 2) If he is acquitted then he gets to file a grievance and could possibly get all of his back pay + bonuses he couldn't earn.
the players own union approved the conduct policy, so they have no right to complain. They received they're big contracts but in the process gave goodell a nice big stick to whip people with. I don't see any NFL players rushing to the defense of any of these morons. If you make millions and still putyourself in the position to be in trouble with the law. Then they deserve any punishment issued. Its not always a question of guilt or innocents, most players know not to put themselves in certain situations. These guys just wont take the hint. and as far as vick i hope he never plays another snap in the NFL.
