Sean Jensen, of the Pioneer Press, reports the Minnesota Vikings have agreed to terms on a five-year contract with first-round pick RB Adrian Peterson. The deal is worth $40.5 million and includes $17 million in guarantees. He is not expected to participate in practice Sunday, July 29.

Marshawn Faulk/Jones-Drew will be a multi-purpose nightmare for teams for years.

Peterson won't make it past his rookie contract.

so the question (only the Chicken Little Gang is allowed to answer this) is in light of Peterson's deal did we pay too little -were we too cheap- in our contract for Lynch?

He's not going to be a bust. He has all the talent to be great as does Lynch. Why do so many feel the need to bash Peterson in order to make Lynch look better?

I agree, I'd be content with either of them. I only ask my question because some people will not be pleased regardless of what the Bills do.

He signed it, so it doesn't matter. Cheap only matters when we don't sign players.

i was fully confident spikes would return to his pre-injury form when he was on the bills but now that hes with washington he will never be the same player
