    Bill Walsh has died

    Bill Walsh, former head coach of the San Francisco 49ers, died Monday following a battle with leukemia, a source told KCRA 3.

    Walsh died at about 11 a.m. at home, officials said.

                  That's too bad. He seemed like a good man.
                  Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

                    As some of you may or may not know, Walsh was Marv Levy's assistant at Cal in the early 60s.

                        noooo :-( this made me really sad really quick when I saw this.. def the best coach IMO in my short time (im only 21 so i havent had as many haha) you will be missed man. SUCH a legacy that is still being lived out right now with the best coaching tree ever.
