Schobel is just 1.5 sacks away from passing Phil Hansen (61.5) to become the second-most prolific sacker in Buffalo history. I found this in Don Banks' postcards from camp article http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/writers/don_banks/07/31/camp.postcards.bills/index.html

has anyone noticed schobel looking ridiculously small? i remember reading that he was down to 245 or something stupid like that.

just wondering if anyone who is watching the practices has seen the same?

2 things:

1. Schobel is about the same weight he was last year.
2. Last year's Def Player Of The Year was Jason Taylor. In the right scheme, a smallish/fast DE is perfect.

ok.. i just remember them saying he was 245.. which is 20 lbs lighter than last year..

245 is lighter than crowell.

i just didnt know if he looked like a LB all the sudden or if 245 was exaggerated.

at one point someone said that the 245 was a typo on bb.com- I don't know if there's any truth to that or not.
