All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

A little more insight on people's perception of our offense...

Also if you had to pick 1-2 Bills that will have abreakout year. At this point who are your guess(es)
Thank you
As spread out as Buffalo's offense might be this year, they still have to run the ball a lot because they can't keep a defense that relies on speed on the field too long. Speed isn't such an asset anymore when your defense has been on the field for 65-70 plays. Win time of possession, get ahead and hope the opponent's offense scraps the run and starts throwing. Run 'D' is still a concern of mine yes.
1-2 Bills to have breakout years. Keith Ellison, Lynch
Is there any reason to beleive our run defense is going to be improved over last year? Same DTs, Same DEs, a large downgrade at CB (albeit only one spot) and a rookie MLB calling the plays have me expecting to see a repeat of last year, if not worse.
Your concerns are valid and I share them. We'll see just how much an improvement in overall team speed on defense can cover things up.
But look at what he said in the first post where you quoted him- I've been saying the same thing all along- we have to run to keep the D off the field.

but Chris Brown reports what he's told to report so I won't believe him

well I have my doubts about Chris Brown's credibility but for people who find him credible, just keep in mind that he's saying the same thing I am- I'm not just *****ing to ***** all the time.
actually I said that wrong. I think Chris Brown is credible- I have doubts about his objectivity, ie, he's never going to say anything too negative about the team regardless of how factual it is.

I know. I just saw some of the same questions over there that you've asked so I posted his answers over here for you.
I'm sure the staff have the same concerns and it's not like I don't neither. We all might disagree with the ways to correct these issues but you have to believe the staff is aware of the team's deficiencies and are trying to correct them.

You said "staff" twice (butthead snicker..)
