    2. Buffalo Bills (1)
Nobody remembers punters unless something double-take-worthy happens. Brian Moorman is arguably the best player at his position, but he'll forever be identified as the guy who got steamrolled by Redskins safety Sean Taylor at the Pro Bowl in February. To his credit, Moorman popped to his feet immediately, and even had the wherewithal to congratulate Taylor on a great hit. Moorman's ratio of punts inside the 20 to touchbacks was 4.7 to 1 — good for top five in the league — and 58 percent of his punts inside the 20 were placed out of bounds. Adequate on kickoffs, Rian Lindell converted 92 percent of his field-goal attempts, including 10 of 12 outside 40 yards. Punt returner Roscoe Parrish has battled injuries, but he's effective when healthy, and Terrence McGee continues to be a consistent threat at kick returner. For the third straight year, the Bills ranked as one of the two best special teams units in the NFL. No reason to expect any different this season.
