I was talking to me friend today, and he said that he heard the Pats have contacted Sam Adams!!! It sounds like a "He said, She said" rumor, but Sam would be a good fit for them, and im sure he would "show up to play" at least 2 times a year remembering the "slap in the face" contract we offered him. Plus they have 2 first round picks...

Tatonka, you need to relax with this constant pessimistic the glass is half empty attitude. Have a beer and smile a little.

I don't see how NE can keep spending like this unless they are close to unloading Tebucky Jones. Their offense is still very suspect and A. Smith isn't getting any younger.

don.. how is saying "fantastic" pesimistic? i think the original post of "this could come back to haunt us" is a bit more pesimitic..

saying fantasic is like saying.. oh great.. or aw man..

i think i am fine with the whole thing now.. i was just pissed yesterday.. about that and a number of other non football things.. just used the board to vent on one subject..

this is just a game.. and i am not getting paid.. so if the bills run defense sucks next year then so be it..

i just thought of this.. if NE signs adams.. then that might make it possible for one of the studs at DT to drop to us.. seeing as how everyone has them taking a DT in the first round.. maybe they change that though if they grab him...

just a thought

Thats possible, I would think they would look for a DE in the first round, and trade down with their other pick.

Sam Adams would be nice, but he is liek a crack hoe.

Great for 15 minutes, then you wake up and have STD's and find out she took your cash.

I am not a fan of a locker room cancer like Sam is.

You guys can have him, we are drafting DT.

I used to think that Sam Adams was a big locker room cancer and no team would be succesful with him ... two Super Bowls made me change my mind.

The Bills of the early 90s (Reed, Thurman, and Bruce specifically) were also known as being problems in the locker room.
