This year's Bills Zone Home Opener Party will be held on Saturday Night, September 8. It will be at Brunner's Tavern on <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Main St.</st1:address></st1:Street>, near Eggert. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Pizza and Wings will be provided. A planned change from previous seasons is that there will be a cover charge to attend the party. This charge will provide you with well drinks and beer for 3 hours, from 6:30 - 9:30. Once we get a head count, the exact cover charge can be calculated.<o:p></o:p>

Brunner's is approximately 5-6 miles from the Brew Pub. There are numerous TV's and a dart board. They also have a grill behind the bar that is open at all times. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, Italian sausage, pre-meal bacon and the best steak sandwich I have ever eaten (ask Meathead for verification). <o:p></o:p>

There might also be raffles and drawings (i.e. a 50/50) during the event.

Also to note for the out-of-towners; they do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM machine in the bar though.

Hopefully she's off on one of her wonderful excusions to Hawaii or Colorado or something... I'd like to actually be able to enjoy myself while I'm there.

And by the way, head over to the actual sign up thread and put your name in if you're going, they need a head count in that thread to determine what the cover will be and such.

it's a good place to get ****ed up? We are in trouble then. Because the Brew Pub has always done a pretty good job of that. :doh:

I like both of the bars.. But we did Pub last year, so lets do somethign different this year.

me either.... im pissed off about it too but trips to buffalo cost money as does a 2BR house.

Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out how I convinced the wife to let me do this. Everything else that costs money gets vetoed because of the house.

We don't yet, that's what I meant. We're trying to buy a place by next August, so obviously we have to save left and right for that.
