i cant believe i found this..

http://streamednfl.blogspot.com/

when you click on the link.. it will take you to the streaming nfl page for the afc east.

there is a link on the right that says SOPcast.

click on that and download the SOPcast player.

once the player is installed on your computer... go back to the link above, and click on whatever game you want to watch.

they dont have the bills game listed yet, but they will.. there will be plenty of other games to watch as well.

you can also watch all kinds of movies on hbo or whatever you want.. it is sweet as hell.

your welcome.

Yes, this has been posted quite a few times around here in different variations. Basically it's just people broadcasting tv channels over the web. I plan on trying to watch the Bills game Saturday morning if somebody broadcasts the NFL Network.

Many times it's been posted in here... it was just posted last week before that game for that matter. Several times last season as well, because that's when I found out about it and downloaded the software.

Hell ya.

Im getting me a 12 pack and some Crown Royal and Im going to sit in front of my computer, watch this game---- overanalyze all of the bad---- underanalyze all of the good and bash the living hell out of Walker and McCargo (if he can hold up for more than 2 plays) :)

The most recent mention of it... but it was definitely brought up multiple times last season as well.

It works really good, but last week none of the games were on. The users must have decided not to broadcast the games. :ill:

Unfortunately for some of us with Macs, they have no SOPcast player.

Damn you, programmers, damn you.

Yeah, don't get your hopes too up on this one.. The game was on last week, but the channel wasn't labeled, so it was just luck that I came across it. On top of that, the quality was awful, the guy had lines all through the signal like he was using ***** rabbit ears or something.. Oh yeah, and then he decided to shut it off at halftime... I got to watch the 4th quarter on tv because they switched to it after the Jets game was over.

I think sopcast just uses streaming wmv - and I know you can play a sopcast stream through VLC on PC, so it should work on Mac too..

It seems like it should work but I need to apparenlty get the games' stream IP address from someone who has Windows and the Sopcast program.

good find, Tatonka.

Also, DirecTV is offering Superfan subscribers streaming online access to all the games- I'm sure someone will find a way to exploit that as well.

Yeah, Op, and you're the perfect person to exploit it! Now...where do I get this access?

I've discovered this recently.

I guess it's pretty much assured that the regular season games will be available through the stream, but preseason is another story.

Right now, they have the Bills vs. Falcons game marked as a "maybe."

I used this last year and was pretty satisfied especially since the price was very reasonable.

is this any good? It would be worth it to pay $20 for the year that's for sure--if you can watch the games. If it's just like sopcast and you are going to pay just to be frustrated then it wouldn't be worth it at all. Wish they had a free trial.

IDK, I'm liking to new layout. I thought the old one sucked ass.

So, are you telling me that for around $20, I can watch all 16+ Bills games this season on my laptop at school, WHILE their happening Sunday afternoons??

Because that would solve so many problems for me, and would save a trip to see the 13" at a sports bar without sound or would save $170+ on effin Sunday Ticket.
This is excellent news for me no doubt. :gobills:
