Yeah I remember that one, and I agree it was a great way of calling the penalty. All refs should ab-lib when situation call for it... it was very entertaining.

Of course if we allow refs to ab-lib during calls we will end up with a referee's version of the endzone dance as it spirals out of control in the never ending bid for 1-upping each other in calls that make the highlight reels.
