I have no problem with a QB dumping it off for the RB, but in a game situation with a minute left in the half on your side of the field, you have to throw the ball downfield at least over 10 yards. If you do throw to your WRs short, you have to do it near the sidelines.

I don't mind the short stuff and taking what the D gives, but if this was the regular season and the Bills needed a TD, I think it would drive me nuts.

Trent Edwards is the future!

I know he's playing against backups, but man, he looks good. He has a great pocket presence and is very accurate. I'm excited that he is on the Bills roster. If Losman gets hurt, I'm very comfortable with this kid coming in. He just has that "it" that you look for in a QB.

I know he's playing against backups, but man, he looks good. He has a great pocket presence and is very accurate. I'm excited that he is on the Bills roster. If Losman gets hurt, I'm very comfortable with this kid coming in. He just has that "it" that you look for in a QB.

I agree, i am not worried about him making a stupid error cus he really hasn't made many. He is very poised for a rookie i would say.

It would be much easier to determine the active roster each week. Williams and Jackson would rotate special teams. Beside, with Merz now on IR they can afford to store the extra back. Who would you keep in place of Merz? A depth guy just for the sake for adding depth, or a solid talented back like Jackson? Williams is solid on ST.

The WR still on this team are weak, IMO. They could cut most of those guys and I wouldn't bat an eye.

Williams plays special teams(can cover and return kicks). IMO the 4th string guy needs to be more versatile. Williams honestly is not horrible either. I remember him having a big game a couple years ago in sanfran.

I won't be mad if either 4th stringer is cut but I know people will think it is the end of the world.

I really wanted to see Wright a lot more really.
