i get NFL network but not the game. Benn on cust support with directv for 30 mins waiting...

don't get me started.....i have the Choice Xtra package but DirecTV is saying i didn't purchase nfl network, which is part of this package...:madcurse:

I'm on hold again. They "don't know how this happened". Hopefully i'll get it back in time to see all the players that will be cut.

i was going to call and raise hell, until i realized my bill was due on the 26th and i haven't paid it yet.
