This point would have more merit if we were talking about the Takeo of 3 years ago, but we're not. There's no way of knowing if he'll ever regain his old form. Also, Takeo himself admitted that he did not like playing in the Bills' defensive scheme last season and said he wanted out of Buffalo. Do you really want to keep a player around with that attitude who could potentially cause problems in the lockerroom?

For the first time wire is ready for this role, he was never in a good situation with TD era but i believe in this guy i like his heart and how he plays the game. i think he will step up and perform

You can tell there are a lot of homers when they think it's a great situation that Coy Wire is our starter. It was just a year or so ago everyone wanted to get rid of him and now they can't wait to see him tear it up.

This will be one of the worse if not the worse defense in the league. Pound for pound I don't see many defense who are in worse shape then us. We have 1 great DE, 2 budding but young safeties and the rest is junk. And don't tell me Angelo Crowell is a great player because he isn't. Or Jason Webster. Besides that the rest of our DE's are average at best, our DT's are putrid and our LB's are easily the worse in the league. CB's aren't very stable either. Good job Marv.

I rewatched the game and ran almost every play in slow-mo. Ellison was easily the best lb when he was in there. He was even the first to hit Sullivan when he got sacked.
