MY 53: Here is my list for who should be the final 53 players on the Bills active roster. If it was a list of who I think the Bills coaching staff will keep the list might look a bit different. For what it’s worth here are my 53 as well as the practice squad.



Defensive backs – (9) Terrence McGee, Jason Webster, Kiwaukee Thomas, Jabari Greer, Ashton Youboty, Donte Whitner, Ko Simpson, Jim Leonhard, John Wendling



Linebackers – (7) Angelo Crowell, Keith Ellison, Paul Posluszny, John DiGiorgio, Coy Wire, Josh Stamer, Mario Haggan



Defensive linemen – (9) Chris Kelsay, Aaron Schobel, Ryan Denney, Al Wallace, Eric Powell, Larry Tripplett, Kyle Williams, Tim Anderson, John McCargo



Offensive linemen – (8) Jason Peters, Derrick Dockery, Melvin Fowler, Jason Whittle, Langston Walker, Terrance Pennington, Brad Butler, Duke Preston

Murphy over Schouman? That doesn't make much sense- I don't think Schouman's been great but he has outplayed Murphy.

Other than that, no real surprises.

They said on radio last night that Murphy is more diverse and a better blocker (I know, I know).

I could also see Wilson over one of the LB's, or see Chambers on the team, maybe over Preston.

with Denney injured and Hargrove suspended, we don't have much choice. My guess is that when one of those two return, Powell is either relegated to the practice squad or cut (unless he happens to play well, but I haven't seen anything from him to suggest that will occur).
