Chern's wife's chicken dip:
Chicken Dip
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup blue cheese
2 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Chicken (shred with 2 forks) [about 3 breasts]
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Slowly add hot sauce, blend together until completely blended. Add all other ingredients.
Bake in 9” pie tin at 350 degrees 20 – 25 minutes (until fully heated).
Serve with nachos, triscuits or toasted tortilla points.

We cook up different stuff everyweek by the time the seasons over our menu will have included steaks, sausages, bacon cheeseburgers, salmon, chicken, chilli, pork chops and those are just the basics
Beverages?? Well Labatts is a must for beer, Jagerbombs are also great for football games, Ice Tea and Vodka, Rum and Coke, for straight shots good Tequilla is always nice but expensive
