I ran across this video while looking for some Stanford highlights of Coy at LB. You can tell he has a real passion for playing, things tend to work out for these type of guys, hopefully he kills it this year!!!

Is this the first time ever that Coy Wire will be starting as a LB?

I dont remember when he was first drafted if he was a backup LB or if they just moved him immediately to safety? I do remember he was highly touted as a really good pick, I know my dad mentioned him that he was supposed to be real good when we drafted him.

Wow! That's impressive. I wish him the best this year.

If he in deed excels this season, I can almost guarantee we see this video played in either a halftime clip, or on ESPN, or NFL Network.

Quite a dedicated and hard working individual.

Im not sure if I've said this before or not, but Coy fired that trainer this year and hired one of my best friends. They have a new workout video out this year, and it was filmed by ESPN as well as a documentary. I will get it from him and post it on here.

Coy didn't get along with him at all (big shocker there) but my buddy, who's also the godfather of my baby girl, was hired as his trainer and he is also the nutritionist for Angelo Crowell, Jim Leonhard, and John McCargo, and does some work with Donte Whitner.
