Welcome to another season of Buffalo Bills Football and another season of “One Fan’s View.” During the off season, I got wrapped up with reading history books. One interesting piece of Americana is that during the American Revolution, a bunch of old guys named Washington, Franklin, and Thomas got enraged of 7 years of British taxation. They said, “It shouldn’t be this way.” So they took arms and created the greatest country we’ve ever known.
So naturally when I think the Bills have been without a playoff experience for over 7 years and the fact that we have old guys named Wilson, Levy, and Jauron, I have to think they’re saying, “it shouldn’t be this way.” So they must be taking arms and creating the greatest football team we’ve ever seen.
Yes, I am crazy. I’m crazy about this team. Crazy keeps me from worrying about the dismantlement of our defense. It has be thinking, “ we didn’t get rid of Clements, Spikes, and Fletcher in their primes and the year after their greatest Defensive accomplishments.” It has me thinking about the young guys that we do have back (Whitner, Simpson, McCargo, etc) and the young and exciting prospects like Ellison, Youbouty, and Poz. The offense came alive in the second half and it can only get better with their experience, a revamped line, and a running back that actually runs.
