The St. Louis Rams reached an injury settlement with OT Todd Steussie, who was placed on IR after breaking his left foot in preseason, per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/sports/stories.nsf/rams/story/DA49AFAA7D1260088625734E0006DC84?OpenDocument). The veteran OT is now free to sign with another team, once healthy.
The Rams did just that, sending in the paperwork on their settlement with Steussie to the NFL on Wednesday. Although Steussie won't be healthy enough to play for about two months, the injury settlement makes him a free agent.
