Since there's a lot of fuss going about the Tampa 2...
These two vids are great for all the Tampa 2 haters, lovers and everybody in between.

This is why I love this defense. It's not about the x's and o's. It's a philosophy about playing a simple scheme at a fast and physical pace and building trust between your teammates. It also makes more sense why Buffalo let some of our guys walk. This defense is not for the "I'm a play maker" mentality because those type guys can't handle the discipline that's needed such as staying in your assigned gap. I think that's why you need high character vets and younger players. Fully trusting your teammate next to you to do his job is really not 2nd nature on the defensive side of the ball.
As they said, I also like the fact that you can't hide in this defense. If you don't do your job, it'll show.
