Chris Kelsay is sick and tired of it, and he has been doing it for only the past four seasons.

"It gets old," the Bills defensive end said of Buffalo's annual failure to reach the NFL playoffs, which predates Kelsay's arrival by three years.

"It's tough to watch other people play when you're not able to. I'm not used to losing; we didn't lose much in high school, and we didn't lose much in college (at Nebraska).''

Kelsay has done plenty of losing with the Bills. In his four seasons — under three different head coaches — Buffalo is 27-37. Stretching back to the start of 2000, the Bills' 46 victories are fourth fewest in the NFL, and only they, Houston, Detroit and Arizona have not participated in a postseason game.
"We're definitely due," Kelsay said. "It's been seven years since we went to the playoffs. That's what we have to push for, making the postseason. I think we have the right mix, our offense is going to jell and with the potential our defense has, we have it there, so we just have to get it done.''
Is this the year the Bills finally break through?
