3rd and 23....but who is counting.

For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.

Fair enough on the comparrison to Baltimore, but you also need your WR's to help you out and get separation and I don't think they could do that because JP had plenty of time in the pocket today (compared to games in the past) and he had no where to throw downfield.

As for my comment about the D quality that was in regards to Cutler making that long pass on 3rd down and then converting on 4th, because the quality of our D is pretty bad.

One was starting his 6th game the other was starting his 25th.

How'd Tony Romo do today in his 11th start?

              Big Ben?

              Eli?

              Schaub?

              Tomlinson?

Alot of young QBs played well today.

I hear you TD. And a lot of young QB's played like crap also (Rivers, Grossman, look at Young's passing stats).

I expect and want more consistancy from JP, this team needs it. I know you have no hope for him, and that is fine. I'm still a believer, and I hope I'm rewarded, but I'm also realistic enough to understand JP might continue to flop. That is why by week 12, if he isn't showing growth and consistancy it would be time to cut bait and go with Edwards.

The question then becomes how long are people going to give Edwards before they turn on him, because to me it seems JP wasn't given much time to grow by some people.

Grossman. Harrington, and JP are cloned from the same mold.

Rivers played fine today against one of the best D's in the NFL.

Young passes like crap but he just wins.

And that doesn't fit my point so I won't use them as examples.

I won't blame Losman for the third and 23 or the lousy play calling. But the plays he missed, that was all him. He laid a giant egg and its getting old fast. I want him to succeed but this is getting crazy.
