At first they said that he strained his MCL. Then in the Buffalo News this morning and on WGR, they said Coy tore his MCL. If that's the case, he's done for the year. Our Special Teams captain and our starting LB now is gone for the year. Mario Haggan is now the starter until Ellison gets back. :nervous:

if it's strained or sprained, he'll be back in a couple weeks. If it's torn, he's done for the year.

Why can't Digi move over?

this defense is one linemen injury away from imploding.

I thought we already imploded.

Yeah I dont get that either. Dig is fast and has good coverage skills. Should be able to move to weak side easy enough.

We had this debate all off-season. Apparently yards given up are more important then points.

Good point. instead of taking Poz out of the game for a whole ****ing drive, Fewell should have DiGiorgio work on OLB and move him in to replace Ellison/Wire right now.

At the press conference, Jauron called it a "Grade 2 sprain"

Sprain is much better. But either way, he's going to be out a while! At the very least, Ellison should be back before Wire comes back. :ill:

As long as Coy comes back before the end of the season. Hate to say it, but we might need him for S depth as well as LB depth.
