..."I think it's a joke," Wade Belak, a native of Saskatoon, said. "The U.S. is the one protecting our (butts) in the rest of the world. They are our big brother and we need them. For them to boo the anthem is disgraceful.

"If anything, Canadians should be kissing (Americans' butts)."

Belak should concentrate on playing hockey, since he isn't very good at it. ;)

His game has come a long way. He's not the pylon I once thought of him as. I'm glad Toronto has kept him. He's a huge kid with tons of potential.

I do have to give you that, he has improved. Heck, even Berg has improved since last season.
