    Can Anyone Else Remember A Week With More Injuries?

    Ray Lewis is hurt

    Mike Brown done for the year

    Eli is out for a month

    Brandon Jacobs is gone

    Coy Wire gone

    Everett

    Orlando Pace is done for the year

    Josh Scobee (Kicker) done for a month

    Dusty Dvoracek done for year

    D.J. Hackett gone for a while

    Jeremy Newberry done

    Osi Umenyiora a month

    Webster done for year.

    I know I'm missing more but ****, what's the deal with all the big time injuries this year. I hope this crap calms down sooner than not.

              I'm really beginning to think a lot of these injuries would be avoided if camps were done in full contact. Players are mostly "coddled" these days up until week 1 unlike years long ago.

              Maybe if the body is used to get banged on in camps/preseason, come week 1 some of these injuries would be avoided. Just speculation, but I don't recall players like 10 years ago getting hurt as much.

                              Steve McNair left Monday night's game due to a groin injury.
                              McNair was standing on the sideline in no apparent pain with less than four minutes remaining and the Ravens had the ball. Kyle Boller came in.
