    Bills historically bad in Pitt

    Read this today.. Ouch.

Bills have been outscored 70-16 last three trips to Pittsburgh, with only one offensive TD. During those games, Bills average only 87 rush yards and 135.7 passing yards.

Last Bill to rush for 100 yards at Pitt was GReg Bell, who had 123 in 1985. Most passing yards was Jim Kelly (212) in 1994, and hte only Bill WR with triple digit yardage was Haven Moses (122) in 1970.

Bills QB's have 2 TD and 10 INT during the five game losing streak there.

That's some ugly numbers.. Hopefully the dont continue Sunday

Pittsburgh had 6 sacks, and forced 6 turnovers in Cleveland last week.

It's going to get U.G.L.Y. on sunday for sure! Especially given Losman's propensity for turnovers.

As of now, they're up 10-8 in regular season meetings, so it's not "historically bad". The Bills and Steelers have played 10 times @ RICH. I've been to 9 of them, and the Bills have won 7 (lost the last 2).

I was there in Pittsburgh for the '96 a** whoopin' the Bills took from them. Don Beebe was blasted into the next week in that one. I was also there in '93 when Pittsburgh shut us out in another beating. Suffice to say we've had much more success @ home against them.

The larger the odds, the larger the victory.

If we can somehow find a way to pull an upset, I could see us making a playoff run.

For what it's worth, those games in Pitt were @ Three Rivers, not Heinz.

Not that that matters, but it's also all new players 9 years later.

As the old adage says... That was then, this is now! Let's wait and see the results. I am not convinced they're any tougher a matchup than Denver. I see the Bills being inspired due to the incident last week with KE, we'll see!!

We're marginally better than Cleveland and Pitt decimated them in their building.

This is their home opener and they will be fired up and ready to play unlike we were in our home opener.
