Honestly, Dickey and his coaching staff are putrid. This team looks unprepared and inept. He refuses to make changes to defensive system that just doesn't work for us. He refuses to make changes to an offense that is a joke. He continues to do the same things that aren't working. Please tell me why he is a HC in this league?

it's really looking like we are going to have to start over again. Ten years of rebuilding you ought to be somewhere. RW needs to drop the $$$ to hire a real coach this team is an absolute joke and without some consistency we're never going to get anywhere. Glad to see so much positivism though. They probably won't make any changes because people are so positive.

I've been saying that for a few years too. He had the team prepared and they played hard. He had decent game plans and took chances at the right time. Maybe he could have learned to actually managed a game on the field and he would be a good coach.

Jauron's has the look and the attitude of a loser and so is his coaching staff. His team reflects that. Thanks alot Ralph Wilson. I guess you like losers as head coaches! Why can't you pay decent money for a decent coach and staff? This has been Ralph's problem for years. You can never win anything if you got an owner like him! And I hate to see it,but J.P.'s a monumental bust!!!
