For a long time I would have disagreed with this thread. Right now though, I think you are right on the money! RW needs to open his wallet and bring in a HC that will take this team by the "grapefruits" and whip them into shape!

Umm, yes I can and I do. He hires bargain basement coaches, he doesn't bring in talent and he is ultimately responsible for this team. Yes, I blame him for the state of this franchise and so should you.
