it's driving me freaking nuts. its like we do bad and he's always got the "its ok guys dont worry about it" look on his face. get angry! yell! be a freaking coach! prove to us why we should keep you! he needs to light a fire under his own ass more than anybody else on this team right now.

thats been my biggest gripe about him since we've had him. he always tries to be the nice guy. we don t need the nice guy. we need someone thatll teach these guys some discipline
