Who's fault is it that the O is so offensive?

1) Marv Levy
2) Dick Jouron
3) Steve Fairchild
4) JP Losman

The players are the ones who run the plays. It's on their shoulders.

True, but it's up to Jauron and the offensive staff to figure out the problems with the offense. Doesn't help when you have a QB who can't figure it out to run it.

The players go by the Playcalling plan established by the Offensive Coordinator.

Steve Fairchild has to turn this around or he better get his resume together.

Vanilla Offense is lame.

All of the above.

At this point I'd say it's mostly Fairchild's fault with JP as a close second. And that's not to get JP off the hook- he's been awful. But I think almost any QB would be struggling with this half-assed playcalling.

Is Fairchild the one on the field bouncing passes, over throwing, under throwing, throwing passes wide of its target?

Ralph Wilson for hiring Marv who then hired Jauron who then hired Fairchild.

no, but Fairchild's the one who takes Lynch out on every passing play and Evans out on every running play. He's the one who refuses to call passes to Lynch and gives up on the running game too early. He's the one who can't seem to get the quick slant in the playbook or use a screen to slow down the blitz.

None of this is to get JP off the hook for missing passes, holding the ball too long, making rookie mistakes like that ball down the sideline, etc, but it should be pretty obvious that we have two problems.

this is getting old JP is throwing for over 60% the problem is JP gets 2-3 or chances a game to truly try something and never on first down. last year it was same thing vanilla 1st and 2nd down then set him up on 3rd down for ****. now im not giving JP a total free pass but its not a recipe for success what they doing with this O

Under no circumstances (barring injury) should Lynch be out of the game. He's clearly our best and most dangerous player on offense. "You get the ball to your best players as early and often as possible." It's not freaking rocket science, Lynch should get the ball whether through the air or on the ground at least twenty five times a game.

Maybe they try those plays in practice and JP is not capable of running them.

A coach is only as good as the talent he has to work with. It's the players that make the coaches either look good or look bad. And right now the players are making the coaches look bad.

this is getting old JP is throwing for over 60%

60% playing like Kelly Holcomb.

If we wanted dump offs we should have kept Captain Checkdown.

4th and 8 and JP throws a 6 yard pass. Very Holcombish.
