16:53 PT: ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports the Detroit Lions have signed restricted free agent LB Na'il Diggs (Packers) to a four-year, $10 million offer sheet. The Packers have seven days to match the offer or they'll receive a fourth-round draft choice from Detroit as compensation.
