QB: Bledsoe, Van Pelt, Brown
RB: Henry, Morris
FB: Crosby
WR: Moulds, Reed, Shaw, C Johnson
OL: Jennings, Brown, Teauge, Sullivan, Williams
Backup OL: Price, Pucillo, Houghton
TE: Moore, Campbell, Mcconnel??

DT: Williams, Adams, Edwards, Bannan, Robertson
DE: Schobel, Jones, McKenzie, Irons, Denney
LB: Fletcher, Spikes, Posey, Spoon, Polk, Stevenson
CB: Winfield, Clements, Williams, Watson, Bostic, Turner
SS: Wire, PP
FS: Reese, Driver

K: Lindell
P: Mooreman

Besides praying to god that bledsoe doesnt go down, we need to:
Sign a legitimate FS that will start
Sign a bruising goal line RB/FB
Sign a speedy WR to compliment Moulds and Reed
Sign some additional OL depth
Sign LB depth
Sign a proven nickle back
Sign a third string TE to replace McConnel
Perhaps sign another DE?

If all those things get done (which we shoould have the cap space to make happen), who in AFC would be favored over us?

I think the pats might be a better team this year...depending how they draft.

I meant Kevin Thomas but I was thinking Kevin Williams. My bad. i think the Pats will be a good team but if we address that list we should be better.

i dont think Watson will be cut at all. His release saves very little (like150K I think?) and he is quality depth. I hate him too but hes a good #4 or #5 CB.

i will never feel comfortable with watson on the field.. i have nightmares of his pass interference calls.

I thought we cut DT Robertson last season because of off field problems??

LE: Jones (Probowl, 13sacks from RE position)
NT: Adams (2 Probowls, and a Superbowl Trophy)
UT: Williams (led the NFL, DLiners in tackles last year)
RE: Schobel (8.5 sacks last season, 2straight years leading team in sacks)

SLB: Posey (8sacks and 1int in breakout year last season)
MLB: Fletcher (3sacks and 149tackles in first year with this D)
WLB: Spikes (2sacks, 113tackles and one TD)

CB: Winfield (best run supporting, tackling CB in the game)
CB: Clements (6ints, lead team in forced turnovers)
SS: Wire (3sacks, second on team in tackles with 92tackles)
FS: Reese (last season was his first year starting at FS... still a question mark at this position, but he is a more natural FS than Prioleau)

The only true concern is we are looking at 5 definite new starters, and if you all remember th difficulties Fletcher had adjusting to our D we might be in for a little more difficulty than we all suspect early in he year as everyone gets on the same page. Otherwise our D is looking far improved over last year.

Just talked to a hard core Denver fan about Reese. He said Denver would've really loved to re-sign him but ran out of cap room. He was a starter like Ing said, and was pretty reliable but not outstanding. I think he's still an upgrade over Prioleau.

Reese hasn't won the FS spot yet, I still think PP can prove himselft worthy.
