I have a wedding today at 2:30. I mean really, who thought this was a good idea. I can imagine there is a huge savings on everything, but think of your guests. I am not a happy camper today.

If there was a game to miss this might be it.

Blame the bride....no groom in his right mind would choose to get married on a Sunday during football season.:cynic:

I wouldn't go. Send the card. That's what they want anyway.

Wouldnt say that, I use to watch Bills games with one of my buddies for 8+ years.. After he got married he no longer watches football.. His wife doesnt think football is important.. She isnt even that hot either..

Lots of people go to the reception but not the wedding. Not a big deal unless ou are part of wedding party or it is family.

Gotta bring the portable radio man. Plug those headphones in and just nod your head and smile.

Time for you to "get sick"

My g/f has a friend who had a wedding a couple of weeks agon a saturday. Which is stupid around here. People were complaing cause the suckeyes were playing. She said well i don't care it's my wedding and if they would rather goto a football game then i don't want them at my wedding. She's a ***** anyway.

I'd normally agree that this is a bad thing, but this year, does it really matter??? Their not missing anything, but heartache.

I got married at noon on Saturday, Dec 30th 1995- one week after the season ended and one year removed from a losing season for the Bills.

Who woulda thought the Bills would make the playoffs, have to play on Wild Card weekend, and be the Saturday noon game!

I got married at noon, kickoff at 12:30, and I had TVs brought to the wedding reception so no one would miss it. It was the Bills last playoff win- sending Don Shula into retirement and setting an NFL record for rushing yards in a playoff game.

Well, the reign of terror is now over- once the divorce goes through the Bills will win agan!!!
