What's best case scenario for Poz's return, and what are some options in meantime (possible FAs, trades, practice squad players to activate, etc)?

even with a badly displaced forearm fracture, he could theoretically play in about 8 weeks in a big ass cast. that's kinda pushing it though, and it might be better just to shut him down for the year than throwing him out there with one arm.
