      I've learned that what I've felt when Dickey and Marv were hired is correct. They are 2 of the biggest jokes in the league and this organization might be the worst in the NFL.

        It's their supporting cast. Marv has continued to keep Modrak, who was Donahoe's right-hand man. Dick has Fairchild and Schonert. Both men have garbage underneath them.

        That must be addressed if they have any shot at salvaging their careers.
