If Ralph told Marv to fire Jauron and Fairchild, and if he doesn't want to do it, then fire Marv for bringing in these clowns into town.
Seriously, i'm sick of seeing inexperienced coaches here in town. How about bringing an actual head coach who has won in the past. A tuna?
