Yeah, he's better than what we have now. Afterall, he used to be a former bill back in his day. New head coach and new offensive, and new defensive staff as well. Bring back the 3-4 or somelse else. Get rid of this cover 2 crap. It doesn't work when you don't have the right coaches to run it.

Jauron just shows no enegy or enthusian - it really reflects the team. I understand we are young, lots of injuries and inexperience. But at least attempt to try to catch the other team off guard be creative. Hate to say it but they really need bring in a young up and coming coach - problem is who would want to come here realistically we are not getting a big name IMO. I dont think Marv-Ralph will blow him out till the end of the year though ---
