Just depends how bad we get.

If we show no upward trend at the end of the season, expect Dick to be done.

Maybe it's all part of Marv's master plan to get himself back on the sidelines.

He takes the GM position as a favor to his old friend Ralph, he hires a ****ty coach and coordinators, bags a bunch of worthless free agents, waits for the team to go down in flames then cans Jauron and takes over the HC job as another favor to Ralph.
