Ralph you are on pathetic owner of an NFL franchise. With the exception of Marv,Saban, and Knox,you have a history of hiring bums. I can't wait for a new owner to take the franchise in the right direction. All you want are yes men who won't challenge your authority and we as Bills fans are suffering for it!

He likes these pathetic coaches because he doesn't have to pay them like he would good coaches. That's the real reason plain and simple.
