According to KFFL:

The Sun-Sentinel reports the Miami Dolphins plan to petition the league for permission to introduce a third jersey for one home game. The jersey is orange with blue and white trim and will likely be worn with white pants

"The players love it," said Team President Eddie Jones, whose team has to submit a request to the league by March 31 to wear a third jersey in 2003. "I think the fans would really like it."
