Seems like raising the cap actually helped Ralph. He'll get the profit from the teams that spent money while he spent the least amount of money on his own roster, while selling out all of the games.

What i wouldn't give to have someone that works in accounting for the Bills to tell us if it is really as bad as Ralph makes it seem.
