This roster sucks. Kelsay should be moved to LB where he would be a much better fit. Let Hargrove take the end when he gets back.

Never thought about something like that. Smallish DE's coming out of the draft more often than not get moved to OLB. That would definitely be something to think about...

DE's don't normally have tons of tackles but Kelsay makes some good plays even for the outside so I think he would play well in the middle.

Wouldn't he be a better replacement for Haggan? I think a transition to OLB would be easier than ILB.

Kelsay is a DE and not a LB it isn't going to happen.

Listen when you are starting the season with Coy Wire as one of the linebackers on your roster you aren't very strong on defense to begin with.

Then when you get bombarded with injuries you are outright pathetic.

All this should have been expected.

I'm not suprised at all, I'm just suprised that Denver didn't run up a big score on the Bills.

This team will be giving up 30+ points like clockwork.

Why did we extend Schobel?

I posted before training camp about that option... Only I suggested that the 243 pound Schobel be moved to LB. Hargrove and Schobel would add 40 to 45 pounds to the right side... Much better vs the run. Not much of a drop off in pass coverage either when you consider the condition of our LB group. And Schobel could still rush the edge at any time (Paup/Biscuit).

This would require creativity and flexibility. The coaches might break out in hives.

just remember that sometimes when players move to other positions they sometimes get hurt doing things that they are not used to...or they get caught in space...
