I'm not a doctor but I really think it will be less if it is a clean break. The guy is very young so this injury should heel very fast.

I feel bad for Poz.

One of the few players who appear to give a damn on this team and this happens.

I didn't realize that until yesterday he was 3rd in total tackles in the entire NFL! Poz and Lynch at least got me excited for the games we have played so far. Draft LB's, DL, and Wr's, DB's next year.

It's really sad that this is basically the only positive thing to talk about on Monday.

Seems to me that the Strength & Conditioning coach ought to feel the fire.

A broken bone isn't something you can train for or against.

I actually thought the same thing. So many injuries it cant be the players' fault.

He got hit by a helmet. How can he be blamed?

It's a shame. Poz was one of the few brightspots on defense.

It's unfair what has happened to the Bills this year. One guy almost dies and will never play football again, we have already lost 3 players for the entire season, and we have to play practice sqaud talent guys on gameday. Unbelievable.

it's unfortunate that he sustained this injury.he would have been DROY.

How does someone hitting another in the arm have to do with conditioning?
