The Buffalo Bills reached a one-year agreement with quarterback Craig Nall on Monday, according to his agent, Robb Nelson.

Bills starting quarterback J.P. Losman went down with a sprained MCL on the first series of Sunday's loss against the New England Patriots and the initial prognosis is he will miss at least two weeks. The Bills won't know for sure how long Losman will be out until Wednesday.

I wonder how that meeting went....

Marv: Hey Craig! We're sorry for cutting you and saying that you can't even be the #3 on this team, but we are in a major pickle. We need you.

Craig: Alright, I will come back but I want an apology, along with $750,000 in cash. Put it in a briefcase and give me $50's and $100's. I also want my old locker back, a shiny C for my jersey, and a new clipboard.

Marv: No problem, Craig. We are glad to have you back and I am sorry that we let you go in the first place. But we had some money problems. Ralph wanted to save it all.

Craig: Okay, you got a deal. Wait, one more thing. I want a pony.

Marv: Okay, that can be done. Welcome Back!

Craig: Thanks! And I'll see you tomorrow.

Given the situation, I actually kind of like the move. I'm no huge fan of Nall, but the hope is that he won't even see the field, and if he does, at least he knows the offense.

The devil that you know....

Well we all know what Craig Nall is now...

A me first I want money guy.

After all that's happened since he's been here and how he complained and sulked about the way organization treated him. As soon as they called his ass up he was like "where do I sign?"

Just the type of player I want on my team, lemme tell you.

I agree. Necessary move but it doesn't make us any better.

at least he knows the offense.

at this point, I think we'd be better off with someone who doesn't know this "offense" or whatever it is they've been claiming they're doing.

he knows the playbook.

This is probably the only real reason they went with Nall.

He swallowed his pride to get a job. That's humility, and that's the kind of player I like.

Good move. It's not like there was anybody else out there, and we needed a QB.
