Jerry Rice was on Howard Stern today, and said the only time he was ever knocked out cold was a game against Buffalo. He said he woke up on the sidelines dreweling all over himself. Ohhh the glory days….

Did he say what game or if it was home or away?

Here are the games Jerry Rice played Buffalo:

<table border="1" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>SF 49ers</td><td align="right">15</td><td>1989</td><td align="right">Buffalo Bills</td><td>W</td><td>21-10</td></tr><tr><td>SF</td><td align="right">2</td><td>1992</td><td align="right">Buffalo Bills</td><td>L</td><td>31-34</td></tr><tr><td>SF</td><td align="right">14</td><td>1995</td><td align="right">Buffalo Bills</td><td>W</td><td>27-17</td></tr><tr><td>SF</td><td align="right">5</td><td>1998</td><td align="right">at Buffalo Bills</td><td>L</td><td>21-26</td></tr><tr><td>Oakland Raiders</td><td align="right">5</td><td>2002</td><td align="right">at Buffalo Bills</td><td>W</td><td>49-31</td></tr><tr><td>OR</td><td align="right">2</td><td>2004</td><td align="right">Buffalo Bills</td><td>W</td><td>13-10</td></tr><tr><td>Seattle Seahawks<br></td><td align="right">12</td><td>2004</td><td align="right">Buffalo Bills</td><td>L</td><td>9-38</td></tr></tbody></table>

Games are from his point of view. One year 2004 he played two home games against Buffalo when he played for Oakland and then when he played for Seattle.

It must've been the '92 game. No punts, and Rice was knocked out early.

Schultz was a beast..

WRs looked twice when Sgt. Shultz was in the area. A number of WRs made comments on how hard he hit but I do not recall anyone saying he was a cheap shot artist.
