View Full Version : ROY nets Natural Hat Trick in 7-2 rout of the Maple Leafs
He had a PP goal, ES goal and a SH goal.
Six points on the night.
Destroyed them, and I was able to watch it on SopCast over the internet.
It was awesome!

A natural hat trick is three consecutive goals. Did he score all three of those before anyone else scored a goal?

[QUOTE]/In both field hockey and ice hockey a hat-trick is when a player scores three goals in a game. Although people may consider a hat trick as three goals scored in a row, this is commonly confused with a natural hat trick (below).[QUOTE]

..YES, goals 5-7. A power play goal, an even strength goal and then a nice short handed goal to end the night.

I swear we aren't going to miss Drury at all, Stafford is like a Drury mini-me. Look how patient he is scoring that goal tonight. After tonight's game I think Roy should be Captain of this team Roy has had a great training camp from the highlights I've seen on the news he's really changed his ways and matured into a grown-up. Last year he was still a kid taking dives and going after players and taking stupid penalties. :feedback:

we aren't going to miss Drury?
You do realize that this is only pre-season, right?

We'll be fine without those two money hungry sons of *****es. The team will play hungry and get the job done as players will take up much larger roles this year compared to last.

Damn! That's impressive!:10: Although I can't believe the Leafs suck so badly already. :( I thought they were supposed to have a good team this year?

Time to switch teams, Valerie. Don't worry, we won't give you too hard a time about it... :D

There is no way Roy should be the captain based on training camp and pre-season. He needs to produce through a full 82 game season first.
I'm looking for big things from him and Connolly this year.
