I remember this guy and many on this board wanting him. If he was worth a damn he would already be on a roster. Draft position means little and your projected draft position definitely means nothing at all.

Well the 2 teams he played on were 3-4 teams. Coming out of the U he was playing in a 4-3. The 3-4 requires you to do things that he wasnt comfortable with. His talent is getting into the backfield and being disruptive according to all the scouting reports I have read. I think he just needs a shot with a team that caters to his abilities. The cover 2 is perfect for him.

He was awful with Pitt before they cut him

The guy is young and was playing in a 3-4 scheme which didn't fit him. He may turn out to be a player in a 4-3 defense.

At least it is a guy with potential, sometimes it takes a guy a couple of years to wake up, or find a scheme that fits him, i am not saying this guy will do anything but these are the types who should be added to an injury riddled roster, this in my opionion is a good move, and we might surprise us, he can play inside and out, i liked him coming out of college as well

Why do you say that?

I do believe in general University of Miami players are worth the trouble they bring. There are exceptions of course.

What trouble has any University of Miami player brought to Buffalo besides Willis and his big mouth?
