Its a joke clip...It is an actual news clip and they said how Kevin Everett is making progress and moved his arms and legs today...While the announcer is talking it shows a guy in court room in a wheel chair and going ballistic kicking and screaming....It then cut back to the anchor who said they showed the wrong clip.

I think that it was unintentional as I see the wrong segment posted on the news at least once a week. I think that its purely circumstantial that the video seem to correspond with the story, but even the guys reaction was "that's the wrong video". Still I think the news channel needs to issue an apology.

Yardrat, I think the guy was so flabergasted taht that video clip was playing that he just could not believe it... I dont think he thought it was particularly funny, just wildly unbelievable that it happened. His smirk is more of a WTF smirk, not a haha-everett smirk

A producer got fired for running the wrong video at that station. Was funny. I don't know if any of you know the story behind the video they showed, but the guy in the wheel chair got tasered...the rest of the video shows the cops tasering, and one cop accidently tasers the other cop...so both the guy in the wheel chair and the cop are flopping around. It's too funny
