18:04 PT: The AP reports five NFL teams will get four extra picks each in the April 26-27 NFL Draft. The five teams with four picks each are Baltimore, Green Bay, Miami, the New York Giants and St. Louis. The earliest pick will come after the fourth round, the 131st overall, which will go to Philadelphia. Chicago will get three picks while one each will go to Arizona, Cincinnati, Detroit, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Seattle and Tampa Bay. More details on the picks will be available.
